How Sponsorship Works
Initial Consultation (Free)
Schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your goals, determine the right package, and review upcoming workshop dates

After your consultation, you have two options:
- Nominate specific students from your school
- Choose from our catalog of students seeking sponsorship
You can mix and match both options based on your goals.
Complete Sponsor Form
Fill out the sponsor form under the Contact section where you'll:
- Confirm your selected students
- Choose which upcoming workshop(s) to sponsor
- Provide billing information
Invoice sent immediately to your email upon submission
Payment & Congratulation Cards
Once payment is received, we send you personalized congratulation cards for each sponsored student.
Cards include:
- Workshop details and date
- Student sign-up instructions
- Welcome message from the sponsor
You distribute these cards to celebrate your students!
Students Sign Up
Students use the instructions on their congratulation cards to register for the workshop. Our team handles all technical setup and sends parent consent forms.
Students join Discord 3-5 days before the workshop.
The Workshop
Students log into Discord at the scheduled time. Our facilitators guide them through all three modules with live support.
Duration: 2 hours
Post-Workshop Reports
Within 48 hours, you receive engagement reports, anonymized reflection summaries, and recommended follow-up activities.
